Hydrogen Citrate

This medication is an antibiotic given by vein (IV) to treat certain bacterial infections when medications taken by mouth can't be used. This medication is known as a macrolide (erythromycin-type) antibiotic. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria.

It is White granules or powder having slight ammonia odorwith formula (NH4)2HC6H5O7.
