  Barium Iodide

Barium iodide occurs in two forms, one anhydrous and the other hydrated. Both are white solids. When heated, hydrated barium iodide dehydrates and the anhydrous salt can be obtained.

  Cadmium Iodide

Cadmium iodide, CdI2, is a chemical compound of cadmium and iodine. It is notable for its crystal structure, which is typical for compounds of the form MX2 with strong polarization effects

  Lithium Iodide

Lithium iodide, or LiI, is a compound of lithium and iodine. When exposed to air, it becomes yellow in color, due to the oxidation of iodide to iodine.[2]

  Mercuric Iodide Red

Mercury(II) iodide (HgI2) is a chemical compound with an appearance of red-orange crystals. Unlike mercury(II) chloride it is hardly soluble in water (<100 ppm).
